Our mail-in workload comes from over 20 states, and these are serviced and shipped within a projected three- to five-day timeframe from receipt, except when we might be away. If there is a situation that lengthens service times, we contact you to get your approval before commencing. This way, there are no surprises or unexpected delays in your business.
Items are packaged to ensure the retention of sharpness and lubrication. All packages are shipped via UPS® or USPS® Priority Mail® with delivery confirmation required. All mail-in work should be sent to our normal mailing address.
We are available most weekdays. Please call our shop to make inquiries. If we are not available, an answering machine will take all messages. We will return your call(s) as soon as we get back to the shop.
