About Us
If you own a pet grooming shop or hair salon, we keep your tools prim and proper. GIL'S SHARP SHOP specializes in tool sharpening, sales, and repairs. Our owner, Gil, built this business from the ground up starting with odd jobs. In 1989, while planning a business for his impending retirement, he began sharpening everything under the sun. From lawnmower blades to clipper blades, you name it, he sharpened it.

By 1998, most of our sales came from the grooming industry. This influx of business came after Gil was introduced to dog shows and horse show contestants. At one point, he serviced more than 25 shows per year.

Today, Gil is focused on providing the same first-class service to our customers in Fort Loudon, Pennsylvania, and throughout the nation. We accept mail-in orders and complete speedy turnarounds to keep business moving.
